This is also called "business" or "description". It is a visual description of the scene. E.g. The walker walked over the cliff top. This would only include a short brief description of the scene and should not include dialogue.

Parenthetical-
A direction given to the actor about how to read the dialogue. This is given in brackets within or before the speech, for example, (sotto) Don't make a sound, we don't want to wake him.

Extension-
Technical indication about the characters dialogue, placed on the right of the actors name.
- (O.S.) - off screen
- (O.C.) - off camera
- (V.O) - voice over
This shows when a voice over of this character is taking place.

Dual Dialogue-
Where characters are talking over each other at the same time. The script is desplayed side by side as they are read at the same time as each other.
